Some times life just feels heavy or sad. Life happens and we get knocked out of kilter. Wouldn’t it be great to know how to quickly put ourselves back into a happy, joyful, grateful place?
There are self care techniques that provide us the control and ability to change our vibe. I’m sure you have experienced someone walking into a room and their vibe just put a wet blanket on everyone. They were in a low frequency emotional zone and brought everyone down to the lowest common denominator!
You sub-consciously choose what frequency you vibrate at according to your heart’s state of mind. When you are feeling mad, and angry, that vibration goes out. People can tell you mad or angry before you speak. It show on your face, your body language, and your energy field around you. Just as when you are happy, it shows.
Few of us know how to control that other than suppressing the ones we don’t like and consciously trying to act or look differently on the outside. Some of us are better at that than others. Repressing your feelings is rarely healthy. Learning how to change your feelings from the inside out is a wonderful skill.
We can use sound, color, music, food, meditation, and energy techniques to actually release the low frequencies and choose a higher more joyful frequency. You don’t have to be stuck in low vibes unless you want to. These are skills that will help teens and young adults manage the ups and downs of life. Many adults need a refresher on Shifting Frequency as they face the strains of work and family.
